Also known as Alexanderson day, we will have a live demonstration at 2pm (with transmissions starting at approx 1:45pm) of a live broadcast from the Alexanderson Transmitter at Grimeton – Find out more about this special transmitter here – https://alexander.n.se/en/
We will have a selection of vintage radios all the way from the 1920s up to the 1970s as well as a working 405 line Ekco television set and various other weird and wonderful electrical equipment
The steam and diesel engines will both be in operation too!
Admission free, donations welcomed to support the preservation of the drainage station.
