Annual AGM

On Saturday 24.04.2021 we held our annual AGM.This year for the first time it was held on ZOOM.

All our members were invited to attend, initially 16 people indicated they would like to participate.

The meeting proceeded at 2:00 pm following the prepared Agenda.

All matters were dealt with in numerical order, formally discussed and voted upon.

Our Chairman Mr Les Mitchell who stood down last year and became vice chairman, offered to retake the Chairman’s position for another year to allow for someone else to take the vice chairman’s place so asto familiarise themselves with the work that the Chairman carries out.

This was voted upon and accepted by attending members.

So now the vice chairman’s position is available if anyone would like to take up this interesting position.
